Pickup orders are paid at the booth (cash or card) or prepaid online. Shipped orders are paid by card at checkout. Card payments are processed by Square — we never see or store your card number.
If you're unsatisfied with any product, email hello@fylerfarms.net and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Subscriptions renew automatically at your chosen frequency. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel any time from your account — changes take effect before your next renewal.
We collect only what an order needs: your name, contact details, and address for shipping. We never sell or share your information. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
Our flour is stone-milled from wheat we grow, with no additives, chemicals, or bleaching agents. Products are produced in a facility that handles wheat. Fresh-milled flour is best stored cool and used within a few weeks — see each product page for its batch mill date.
